Why are there so many of these that seem the same?

How To Find Your Niche Market-Which Niche To Switch To

For getting started in finding our project, how to find your niche market method, we must break out a keyword tool. We need to see volume of searches. We will also need to sort the keywords for the amount of money already being spent by advertisers for keywords. We must do this even if we have found a great product or service or created one to see if the market online is a viable one.

A good keyword tool is a must that you can see the bids on keywords. A low bid amount may be an indicator of a low paying field but not always. Look for the long-tail keywords. Check the volume on the long tails. Low competition is usually a lack of buyers but this may not always be the case. There simply may be a lack of interesting products or services in that niche.

You may have run across a niche where the products and services appear substandard. The websites look like they are built with low quality software or coded in a clunky fashion. This scares potential customers as a fly by night operation. If there is no one else advertising anything in that niche it may be an untapped market or keyword set but unlikely. You could try the niche as a test only. Bigger companies with better websites probably have come through there but this may not always be the case.

These various fields of interest may just not have people spending money in them. There may be free and cheap stuff already easy to get at and the group is not use to spending money for this field. There is the fact that there are people in that group that will not pay for anything online. There is also the ability to pay online as a hindrance to some who may not have an account or credit card for this.

Another way that is more sure is to find niches that have good bids on keywords already then we know money is being spent in that field. There are other marketing tools that we can get into to find who is spending and how much, where, and other demographics of the potential customer base. Getting into these tools is beyond the scope of this article. What we really need is to jump into a money stream that is already there instead of finding a new one in most cases. Heavy competition is actually a very good sign for niches.

We than can see buyers and sellers in the market for this niche. We than can improve on the competition with our websites and offers. We can also offer giveaways to bring in the new customers.

We then can run surveys to find what is lacking in the products or services that already exist. We let them name names of the companies, we ask, and find out where to improve. We find the demographics of our audience also and more tailor make the offers to suit their needs and advertise the improvements. If running surveys is beyond the capabilities of your company then it is time to hire a service to do this.

We develop or change the product or service or re-bundle with other items to match what the results were from the surveys. It is now time to test with ads, changing the style and content. Colors and styles need to be checked as well as offer placements changed as well with split testing in all areas.

We now can ask the buyers what they think of the product or service and ask if there is room for improvement. We want to know about price and if quality was up to their standards.

After we had listened to our customers now it is time to make adjustments to what we have to make all the improvements needed. We want customer service the best we can make it as we want return customers. We then can add more resources to marketing now and/or build web content.

Building trust between you and the customer is number one in the internet business field as anyone can make a website. Many times typical customer service for a web business has unseen people because of live chat and email communication only. All this makes some people uneasy from the start.
